United States shipping

MERVIX offers free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary by product, fulfillment location, destination and carrier.

International shipping

For destinations outside the United States, shipping availability and applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout. International customers may also be responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.

Fulfillment and tracking

Some products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped separately from different locations. Tracking information will be shared when available.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will contact you about the delay and your available options, including cancellation and a refund where required by law.
